The Company

We are a well-established, multidisciplinary engineering and design consultancy. We are known for delivering high-quality engineering and project management services. Our work includes urban and regional land development, housing and civil infrastructure for private and public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead the delivery of civil infrastructure projects, working closely with our clients, engineers, designers and technical specialists.

The key responsibilities include

- Lead civil infrastructure projects from initial planning through design and documentation
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Understand client needs and translate them into clear project outcomes and deliverables
- Lead project scope, programs, budgets, risks and deliverables
- Coordinate engineers, designers, subconsultants and other technical specialists
- Lead project delivery, drawing on the technical expertise of our engineers and designers for engineering design, technical decisions and certification
- Identify project issues early and drive practical solutions
- Deliver projects to agreed quality,

Key Skills & Attributes

We are looking for an experienced project leader with a solid understanding of civil infrastructure. Your experience and ability to lead successful projects are more important to us than a particular qualification or career pathway.

Your background may be in project management, civil engineering, civil design, construction or infrastructure delivery.

You will ideally have

- Demonstrated experience leading and delivering civil infrastructure projects
- Strong client focus with the ability to develop trusted, long-term relationships
- Sound understanding of civil infrastructure design development, documentation and construction requirements, including the coordination of design activities and technical disciplines
- Experience in roads, drainage, subdivisions, land development or related infrastructure
- Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong project, commercial and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Formal qualifications are not essential. Relevant qualifications in project management, civil engineering, engineering technology, civil design, construction management or a related discipline will be well regarded. We value relevant industry experience and demonstrated project leadership capability, whether gained through civil design, engineering, construction, project management or infrastructure delivery.
