Civil Site Engineer – Adelaide An exciting opportunity is available for a Site Engineer to join our South Australian Pavement Rehabilitation & Civil Infrastructure Projects business, based in Underdale.

You’ll gain exposure across the operational aspects of the business while supporting project delivery, quality assurance and compliance. This role combines hands-on site experience with the opportunity to broaden your technical and commercial knowledge within civil infrastructure.

What you’ll do

- Support the secure and efficient delivery of pavement works
- Complete quality assurance, project records and compliance documentation
- Provide clear direction and support to field crews
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to support successful delivery outcomes
- Identify practical improvements and solutions across site activities

What you’ll bring

- A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Exposure to road surfacing, civil road construction or road maintenance is desirable
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to guide crews and liaise with customers
- Effective planning, organisation and time-management skills
- Commercial awareness, including an understanding of financial administration and project costing, is advantageous
- Ability to build constructive relationships with key stakeholders
- Enthusiasm, initiative and a genuine interest in developing your career in civil infrastructure
