Tamworth Aboriginal Medical Service - Aboriginal Corporation is looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaner to help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming workplace for our clients, community members and staff.

As a Cleaner, you will play an important role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our community by ensuring our facilities are clean, hygienic, comfortable and presented to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning of offices, waiting areas, consultation rooms, bathrooms, and communal spaces.





- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues.

- Follow workplace health and safety procedures, including infection control.

- Work independently to complete tasks to a high standard.

- Support the overall presentation and safety of TAMS-AC facilities.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

- Able to work independently and follow cleaning schedules.

- Physically able to carry out cleaning duties.

- Committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and culturally respectful environment.

- Previous cleaning experience in a workplace or healthcare setting is desirable but not essential.

Essential Requirements

- Current National Police Check

- Current Working With Children Check

- Current Drivers Licence
