About us Crystal Clear Commercial Cleaning is a locally owned commercial cleaning company based in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast. We look after commercial, community and residential-complex sites across the coast, and we pride ourselves on consistent quality, reliable service and looking after our team.

The role

We're looking for a permanent part-time Operations Manager / Working Cleaner to work closely with the owner. It's about 25–30 hours a week (around 28 hours on the current roster). That's roughly 15–20 hours of hands-on cleaning plus around 10 hours of management and admin support. It's a great role for an experienced cleaner who's ready to step up, or for a supervisor who still likes to get their hands dirty.

What you'll do

- Clean an early-morning commercial site Monday to Friday, 5–7am, alongside a second cleaner
- Clean residential complexes in Birtinya on Mondays and Thursdays, 4hrs anytime between 8am and 5pm.
- Oversee site quality and standards, including inspections and client feedback
- Train and mentor current cleaners




- Act as the flexible fill-in when team members are away
- Support rostering and admin (about 10 hrs a week) using Connecteams

About you

- Proven commercial cleaning experience; experience leading or supervising a team is highly regarded
- Own reliable vehicle and a current driver's licence
- Able to start at 5am, Monday to Friday
- Comfortable with app-based rostering and time clocks (Connecteam or similar)
- Clear, friendly communicator who is organised and takes ownership
- Full Australian working rights
- Blue Card (QLD Working with Children Check), or willing to obtain one, because some sites involve children
