Salary: AUD 80,000 – AUD 90,000 excluding superannuation

About the Role

We are seeking a Cleaning Services Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate staff and resources, maintain service quality and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

? Plan, organise and coordinate daily cleaning services across client sites.

? Develop and implement operational procedures, service standards and quality controls.

? Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate cleaning staff; prepare rosters and allocate duties.

? Oversee procurement, stock levels and use of cleaning supplies and equipment.

? Conduct site inspections, monitor service quality and resolve operational issues.

? Manage client enquiries, complaints and relationships, and implement customer service policies.

? Prepare and monitor operational budgets, expenditure and service records.





? Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety and relevant industry requirements.

? Promote services, identify business opportunities and support client retention.

? Coordinate workforce requirements and schedules to meet contractual obligations.

Skills and Qualifications

Relevant

Diploma or higher qualification in business, management or a related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience.

? Relevant experience in cleaning services, facilities services or operational management.

? Strong leadership, workforce coordination and customer service skills.

? Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, chemicals and WHS requirements.

? Ability to manage budgets, schedules, service standards and multiple client sites.
