Your new role

Ready to take the wheel and accelerate your career? As a Client Engagement Consultant you’ll be the driving force behind connecting top talent with leading businesses. Working in a team, you’ll thrive in an environment that team-oriented and motivating. You will be:

- Making strategic sales calls to build and grow client relationships
- Identifying new clients through lead generation, market mapping and business development
- Partnering with high-calibre clients and gaining deep market insight
- Networking and building your brand at industry events
- Using the suite of cutting-edge systems available at Hays, to regularly analyse client and sales data to capitalise on opportunities with existing key accounts

What you'll need to succeed The right person for this role will be motivated to develop relationships and able to demonstrate a track record of operating within the local technology market or sales. We know that you've got what it takes because you are:
