We have offices in West Melbourne, Wangaratta, Albury, Geelong and Bendigo. We have a team of 40 people who are dedicated to ensuring our clients are at the center of everything we do.

We’re looking for a Client Experience Representativeto join EJM Advice. This is not simply an administration role. It’s aclient experience role.

You’ll be one of the key people our clients interact with throughout their relationship with us, helping make every phone call, email, appointment and interaction feel easy, professional and personal.

What will your day look like?

You’ll help create an experience where clients:

- Feel welcomed and genuinely cared for
- Know what is happening and what comes next




- Receive prompt, explicit and professional communication
- Experience a smooth journey when joining our business
- Feel confident that someone is taking ownership when they need help
- Notice the small details that turn good service into a great experience
