We are looking for a reliable and skilled CNC Router Operator to join our manufacturing/production team. In this role, you will set up, program, and operate routers to cut, shape, and carve materials according to technical drawings and production schedule key responsibilities

Machine Operation: Set up, calibrate, and run CNC router equipment in accordance with daily worklist

- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, scales) to verify dimensions against blueprints and specifications. [1, 2]
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine daily maintenance, clean the machine/workspace, manage waste/chips, and troubleshoot basic mechanical or software issues. [1, 2, 3]
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S;) policies,



wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and keep safety guards functional.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience operating CNC routers or similar automated machinery in a manufacturing, cabinet-making or door manufacturing
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and cut lists.
- Math & Computer Skills: Solid working knowledge of basic math, geometry, and computer-based machine interfaces.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Apprenticeship Pay: $27.00 – $48.00 per hour
