About the role, to commence immediately!

Fine Choice Coffee Solutions is seeking a Coffee Machine Service & Maintenance Team Member to join our growing team in Adelaide. This is a permanent part time position (minimum 30 hours/week on offer).

While our home base is in the centre of Adelaide, you will be predominantly responsible for providing essential support to our customers in Adelaide, it's surrounds and outer metro areas (using a company car).

Essentially, in this role, you will be delivering high-quality customer service, maintenance and some basic repair works on JURA commercial coffee machines, ensuring our clients' equipment operates at peak performance. Your work will be fundamental to maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the continued growth of our business.

Key responsibilities

- Conducting routine preventative maintenance on commercial coffee machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity

- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults on coffee machine equipment

- Responding promptly to customer service calls and troubleshooting issues in a professional manner

- Cleaning and descaling coffee machines and associated components to maintain hygiene and functionality standards

- Installing new coffee machines and equipment at customer locations

- Maintaining detailed service records and documentation for all work completed

- Providing technical advice and guidance to customers on machine operation and care

- Ordering and managing spare parts and service supplies as required

- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and workplace regulations during all service activities

The essentials we're looking for in a team member:

- Excellent customer service skills with a professional and courteous approach

- Physical capability to lift equipment and perform hands-on maintenance work
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transport for travelling to customer locations





- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate service records

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve faults efficiently

- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule whilst meeting agreed service deadlines
