Your new role

This is a field-based position where you'll spend much of your time meeting customers face-to-face, building relationships, and helping achieve positive outcomes. You will operate autonomously while being supported by an experienced and team-oriented team.

Meeting customers in person and conducting follow-up discussions via phone

Negotiating and establishing sustainable repayment arrangements

Building rapport and maintaining professional customer relationships

Monitoring payment arrangements and managing follow-up activities

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures

Managing your own schedule and travel requirements

Travelling nationally as required (once every 5 weeks)

What you'll need to succeed

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills The ability to confidently manage difficult or sensitive conversations

Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities A resilient,



self-motivated, and results-driven approach

Experience in collections, customer service, sales, field-based roles, or account management is highly regarded

Strong organisational and time management skills

Basic proficiency using mobile technology and email systems

Essential requirements

Full Australian Driver's Licence

Background checks will be conducted

Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Ability to work a 47-hour week

Ability to travel interstate for approximately one week per month
