Teski Cleaning is seeking a reliable, professional and proactive Day Cleaner to join our team at a premium commercial property located in the Brisbane CBD.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the building during business hours, ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming setting for tenants, visitors and building management.
Key Responsibilities
- Regular cleaning and presentation checks of building common areas, foyers, lift lobbies and high-traffic areas.
- Cleaning, sanitising and maintaining bathroom facilities throughout the day.
- Monitoring and replenishing bathroom consumables, including toilet paper, hand towels and soap.
- Spot cleaning glass doors, mirrors, lift interiors and other high-touch surfaces.
- Maintaining the presentation of building entrances, external areas and surrounding walkways.
- Emptying rubbish bins and ensuring waste disposal areas remain clean and tidy.
- Responding promptly to spills, cleaning requests and other issues as they arise.
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure all designated areas meet Teski Cleaning's quality standards.
- Reporting maintenance concerns,
hazards and cleaning issues to the site supervisor or management team.
- Maintaining cleaning equipment, storage areas and supplies in a safe and organised manner.
- Providing professional and courteous assistance to tenants, visitors and building management when required.
About You
- Previous commercial cleaning experience, preferably within an office tower or premium commercial building.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high presentation standards.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and respond to changing cleaning requirements.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service.
