JC Commercial Services is an Adelaide-based commercial cleaning business looking after multiple recurring client sites. We’re looking for reliable, established cleaning contractors to join our network as we grow.
This is a subcontract opportunity for businesses, not an employee position. Applicants must operate through a registered company with an ACN. Sole traders and applicants without an ACN will not be considered.
The opportunity
- Recurring commercial cleaning work across Adelaide
- Work for your own business under a subcontractor agreement
- Explicit site scopes and service standards
- Regular payment against invoices

Mandatory requirements To be considered, you must have:
- A registered company with a current ACN and ABN
- Current public liability insurance of at least $20 million
- Current police clearance for anyone working on site, plus any other clearances required for the site
- Your own equipment, supplies and chemicals suitable for commercial cleaning
- Your own reliable transport
- Current workers compensation cover, where applicable
- The right to work in Australia for all personnel
- Commercial cleaning experience
- Good written and spoken English, and a smartphone and email for job communication
