This successful company has been set up and running successfully, for a few years now and the Directors are absolutely lovely to work with and ready to employ an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team on a part time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to work close to home, with a great team.

The Directors, who specialise in Sales and Leasing, will very much appreciate the experience of a Commercial Property Manager to manage their small portfolio of 10 commercial properties, mainly made up of retail and office, with a couple of industrial.

This position would help set up the commercial property management department, and the company is using ReLeased as their software package. With lovely Inner CBD (Inner Bayside) offices, this company would make a great long term prospect for an experienced property manager.

Overseeing the Commercial Property Management arm of the business, the role will be responsible for ensuring the portfolio is compliant with up to date procedures in place.

With the support of the Directors, this position will be a great mix of team support as well as autonomy.





The company's portfolio is made up of office and retail predominantly and is focused around the Inner CBD and CBD with a few dotted around Melbourne.

As Commercial Property Manager, you will oversee a very clean and well looked after portfolio with long standing tenants. The portfolio is in an excellent state and very manageable. Site visits as well as lease negotiations and meeting compliance standards will all form part of this role.

This position is offered on a part time basis - ideally 1 to 2 days per week, which is ample time to oversee the portfolio. As the portfolio grows organically, the role can increase to 2 to 3 days, should the candidate be looking for this.

The ideal candidate will come from a solid Commercial Property Management background with exemplary written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organisational skills, looking for the next step in their career.

This role is ideal for those ready to step into a part time position, with a lovely team, close to home.
