Goldenfields Water County Council is seeking a motivated Community & Customer Trainee for a 12-month full-time traineeship based in Temora. Please note this position is being re-advertised.

This twelve-month fixed term traineeship provides the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Business Administration while gaining practical experience in customer service, administration and community engagement.

You’ll have the prospect to:

- Provide friendly customer service across phone, email and in person.
- Assist with administration and customer enquiries.
- Support community events, communications and engagement activities.
- Gain exposure to different areas across Goldenfields Water.
- Develop valuable workplace and administration skills while completing your qualification.

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Friendly,



reliable and keen to learn.
- A good communicator who enjoys helping people.
- Organised and has good attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
