Looking to broaden your compliance career beyond a traditional bank or advisory setting? A leading global trading firm is hiring a Senior Analyst for its Asia-Pacific Compliance team. You’ll work across AML, regulatory change and compliance monitoring in a collaborative, technology-led environment, with plenty of scope to build your skills across multiple APAC jurisdictions.

No prior trading or markets experience required. Robust compliance or AML fundamentals matter most, and you’ll learn the trading side on the job.

What you’ll be doing

- Supporting day-to-day compliance operations, monitoring and surveillance across a broad compliance program
- Contributing to AML program activities, including onboarding management
- Tracking regulatory developments and flagging emerging requirements to the business
- Developing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures and training materials
- Conducting periodic compliance reviews and reporting outcomes to management
- Liaising with brokers and exchanges on registration, reviews and record-keeping
- Working with regional compliance teams on cross-border issues and projects




- Helping build a strong compliance culture and regulatory awareness across the business

What you’ll bring

- 2+ years’ experience in AML, compliance or regulatory roles within financial services. Backgrounds in banking, consulting, fintech, payments, wealth, asset management, regulators or trading firms are all welcome
- A degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Law or a related discipline
- Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to explain complex ideas clearly to different audiences
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
