We are seeking a reliable, organised Compounding Technician with excellent attention to detail to join our team. If you enjoy practical, precise work and take pride in getting the details right, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our patients’ care.

Previous compounding experience is not required. Experience in compounding, pharmacy, laboratory work or another role requiring precise measurements and detailed processes would be valuable but not essential. We can train you.

About the role

Working closely with our pharmacists in our compounding laboratory, you will help prepare personalised medicines to meet individual patient needs. Accuracy, consistency and a commitment to quality are essential to this role.

Your responsibilities will include

- Preparing compounded medicines under pharmacist supervision, following approved formulations and procedures.
- Accurately weighing, measuring and mixing ingredients.
- Packaging and labelling preparations for pharmacist checking.
- Completing clear, accurate compounding records and documentation.




- Cleaning and maintaining laboratory equipment and work areas.
- Monitoring ingredient stock levels, expiry dates and storage requirements.
- Working with the pharmacy team to organise workload and complete preparations on time.
- Following workplace safety, hygiene and quality procedures.
