Located on the beautiful Redcliffe Peninsula, SKINmas is a cosmetic and skin clinic committed to exceptional patient care and a premium patient experience.

We are looking for a professional, warm and highly organised Concierge / Medical Receptionist to join our team on a part time or casual basis.

This is more than a traditional reception role. Our Concierge team is an integral part of the patient journey and works closely with our clinical team to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and every patient receives exceptional care.

? Remuneration

$30–$35 per hour + superannuation, depending on experience and suitability for the role.

The Role

As a SKINmas Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and an important part of creating a welcoming, professional clinic environment.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing appointments, confirmations, rebookings and patient recalls

- Welcoming patients and providing exceptional service throughout their visit

- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality

- Taking high-quality, standardised before-and-after treatment photographs

- Responding to patient enquiries via phone, email and social media

- Supporting our nurses and clinical team with patient flow and administration

- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming clinic environment

- Assisting with stock, supplies and general clinic administration

- Supporting clinic social media and communications when required

- Following SKINmas policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is professional, polished, naturally warm and genuinely enjoys working with people.

Previous experience in medical reception, cosmetic clinic reception or a similar patient-facing role is required. Experience within the cosmetic, aesthetic,



medical or skin industry will be highly regarded.

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, robust attention to detail, professional presentation and the ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team.

You will also need to be comfortable using computers, appointment booking systems, email and social media, and have an understanding of patient confidentiality and professional boundaries.

? The Position

This is a casual or part time position with approximately 2 days per week to commence, with the opportunity to increase hours after a trial period.

We are looking for someone with reliable and consistent availability across Monday–Saturday, including the ability to work at least 2 Saturdays per month.

Full-day availability is essential. When rostered, you will be required to be available for the full operating day of the clinic.

Additional availability to cover staff leave and periods of increased clinic demand will be highly regarded.
