We are seeking reliable, hardworking Concreters & Concrete Labourers to join our team for upcoming residential, civil, and commercial projects across the region. You will work alongside experienced tradespeople performing prep work, pouring, finishing, and site setup/cleanup.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clear, level, and compact sub-bases prior to pouring.
- Formwork & Steelwork: Erect formwork, lay mesh, tie rebar, and place chairs.
- Pouring & Placement: Assist with concrete placement, screeding, and leveling.
- Finishing Assistance: Help with floating, edging, broom finishing, and applying curing compounds.
- Maintenance & Clean-Up: Operate basic hand and power tools safely, wash down equipment, and maintain a tidy site.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Physical fitness and willingness to perform heavy manual labour in outdoor conditions.
- White Card.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transport.
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Prior experience in concreting, civil works, or general construction preferred (entry-level applicants with a strong work ethic will be considered).
