- Substantial hands-on experience in commercial, industrial, civil or agricultural concrete construction.
- Practical knowledge of the complete slab preparation and placement process.
- Experience in one or more of the following: earthworks, plant operation, formwork, steel fixing, concrete placement and finishing.
- The ability to read and follow construction drawings, measurements and site instructions.
- A solid understanding of construction site safety
