Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our growing team.

You will focus purely on:

- Measuring jobs & preparing detailed residential construction quotes
- Pricing renovation, extension,



kitchen & bathroom scopes
- Working closely with our in-house sales & site supervision team
- Maintaining accurate takeoffs, material lists & trade breakdowns

Key Responsibilities

- Complete accurate site takeoffs and construction cost estimates
- Prepare detailed, professional building quotes for residential projects
- Work with internal sales and supervision team to clarify scope
- Maintain tidy quoting files and project documentation
- Ensure all pricing aligns with company standards

Requirements

- Previous residential construction estimating experience (renovation/extension preferred)
- Solid understanding of Australian residential building standards, materials & trade costs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple quotes
- Good communication with internal team
- Based in Adelaide SA
