Piling Rig Operators | Melbourne | $54.48–$68.91/hr + Super

Relay Labour Hire is looking for experienced piling rig operators for long-running civil projects across metro Melbourne. This is EBA work at PC1–PC7 rates, for operators who know their rig inside out and put safety first on every shift.

Current opportunities

- Operating piling rigs on civil and infrastructure projects

- Setting up and positioning the rig, and drilling or driving piles to design and depth

- Pre-start checks, basic maintenance and early reporting of defects

- Working with piling supervisors, offsiders and surveyors

What you'll receive

- $54.48–$68.91 per hour + super, CFMEU EBA rates (PC1–PC7), based on your classification

- Travel allowance where applicable

- Weekly pay

- Long-running, ongoing civil work across Melbourne

What you'll need

- Minimum 5 years' piling rig operating experience

- Current piling rig VOC and any HRWL required for the rig

- Valid White Card

- Your own PPE





- Reliable transport to get to sites

- Able to pass drug and alcohol testing

- Full Australian working rights
- A robust safety record and a safety-first attitude

Desirable

- 10+ years' piling experience

- Experience across different rig types and piling methods
