Western Work Force are looking for an experienced site-based Construction Manager to join a well-established organisation on a significant infrastructure project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with agreed timeframes, budgets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities across infrastructure, MPI and capital projects.
- Ensure construction works are delivered safely on schedule and within budget.
- Manage site personnel, subcontractors, contractors and relevant stakeholders.
- Interpret and manage commercial contracts, scopes of work and project deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and implement corrective actions where required.
- Manage variations, contractual obligations and construction-related commercial matters.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers and other key personnel to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide regular progress reporting and updates to senior management.




- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure all site activities meet project requirements.

About You:

- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a Construction Manager or similar senior construction leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience delivering infrastructure, MPI or capital projects.
- Previous experience within the mining, resources or heavy industrial sectors.
- A strong understanding of commercial contracts, scopes of work, variations and contractual obligations.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline will be highly regarded.

- Competitive salary package of $200,000 – $230,000 + Super.
