Salary: $120k-$140k Super

Consultive is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale construction projects from design through to delivery. This is a hands-on role overseeing projects valued at $5M and requires a strong focus on quality, budget, timeline, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design management, development, and value engineering across projects
- Oversee project planning, documentation, and quality control procedures
- Contribute to quantity surveying and budgeting processes
- Supervise and provide guidance to Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams
- Liaise with design engineers and ensure buildability, compliance, and project standards are met
- Manage the preparation of progress control plans, inspection/test plans, and project records
- Liaise with clients & stake holders including Project Managers, local councils, and utility providers as required




- Oversee site occupational health & safety manuals and compliance
- Manage cost controls, lookaheads, forecasting, and program, financial, and KPI reporting
- Ensure project scope is delivered to design standards, within budget, and on schedule
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

Essential Requirements

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction, Engineering, or equivalent is desirable
- Minimum five years of relevant construction project management experience
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Experience with design management, value engineering, and quality assurance
- Excellent planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Sound knowledge of site occupational health and safety requirements
