About this Opportunity The role is located at our Head Office in Arndell Park, reporting to the Office Manager.
We are looking for a candidate with strong organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple task and deadlines simultaneously.
To be successful the following is required:
- Accurate data entry
- Exposure to Business Central or similar enterprise software is desirable for processing orders
- Printing of dockets,
run sheets and daily load summaries
- Communicating with customers via phone, text and email
- Communicating with office staff, factory staff and drivers
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Pleasant phone manner
- Computer literate
- Ideally you have had solid work experience in a customer service and data entry role
- You must be able to work independently at times but also as part of a team
- Available to work weekends
Our ideal person will be a team player with a high level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and initiative. Previous experience working in a similar role.
