We're looking for a reliable, organised and detail-focused Corporate Order Dispatch Coordinator to join our team in Artarmon.

This is a hands-on role supporting the preparation and dispatch of corporate gifting orders, ensuring every gift is accurately personalised, beautifully presented and ready to leave our warehouse on time.

You'll be responsible for printing personalised ribbons, gift cards, shipping labels and consignment paperwork, while working closely with our corporate sales, warehouse and dispatch teams.

With multiple corporate orders moving through our warehouse each day, attention to detail, organisation and the ability to work efficiently are essential.

What you'll be doing

- Printing personalised ribbons for corporate gift orders, ensuring logos, artwork and messaging are accurate
- Preparing and printing personalised gift cards and customer messages
- Creating and printing courier consignments, shipping labels and dispatch paperwork
- Reviewing corporate orders to ensure all personalisation and delivery details are correct
- Checking names, addresses, gift messages, logos and other order information for accuracy
- Organising printed materials and matching them to the correct orders
- Working across multiple systems, printers and software applications
- Coordinating with our corporate sales, Customer Experience and warehouse teams to resolve order queries
- Prioritising orders according to daily dispatch deadlines
- Assisting with general order preparation and dispatch administration when required
- Helping ensure every corporate gift is prepared and dispatched exactly as requested





What we're looking for

You'll be someone who

- Has an exceptional eye for detail and takes pride in getting things right
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple orders at once
- Is confident using computers, printers and different software applications
- Can work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Is comfortable working to daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team
- Is proactive and able to identify and resolve issues before orders are dispatched
- Is reliable, punctual and takes ownership of their responsibilities
- Can remain calm, focused and organised during busy periods
- Understands the importance of accuracy when preparing personalised customer orders

Previous experience in administration, order processing, printing, dispatch or e-commerce would be an advantage but isn't essential. Experience with shipping platforms, label printers, ribbon printing or personalised gift production would also be highly regarded.

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

This is a casual position based at our Artarmon premises.

There may be opportunities for additional hours during our busy periods, particularly in the lead-up to Christmas.
