Criminal, Litigation & Dispute Resolution Lawyer - 3 years’+ PAE Falcone & Adams Lawyers is a well-established, medium-sized law firm located in Melbourne’s outer south-eastern suburbs with offices in Emerald, Belgrave / Tecoma and Pakenham. With a team of approximately 30 staff including lawyers and support staff, we are recognised for our commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and maintaining a strong community focus.
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Criminal Law, Litigation & Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join our team. This role offers a long-term career pathway within a reputable firm and the opportunity to work close to home. Ideally, we are looking for a motivated and hardworking Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ post-admission experience.
This full-time position is based in our Emerald office (approx. 3 days per week) and our Pakenham office (approx. 2 days per week). Candidates seeking part-time employment are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities • Manage a diverse range of client files autonomously • Provide legal advice and representation in matters including: Criminal Law and Intervention Order matters Debt recovery Building and construction disputes Commercial, business,
and partnership disputes Property and retail tenancy disputes Breach of agreements • Mentor and support junior lawyers • Receive guidance and mentorship from senior practitioners Qualifications • Minimum 3 years’ post-admission experience in criminal law, litigation and dispute resolution • Comprehensive knowledge of court and tribunal processes, procedures, and rules • Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Commitment to delivering high-quality client service and working to negotiate best outcome settlements for all our clients Our Culture At Falcone & Adams Lawyers, we foster a supportive and collaborative workplace culture that values personal and career development.
