This full time, six-month fixed-term role operates Monday to Friday, 7am-7pm on a rotating roster, with on-site parking and a strong learning and development program.
You will handle high call volumes, capture data accurately, and contribute to meeting KPIs while building rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
