Customer Service & Ecommerce Assistant holster® | Noosa | Casual | Immediate start holster is a vegan-certified comfort footwear brand designed in Noosa. Now in our 25th year, we’re looking for a proactive all-rounder to join our Noosa team across customer service, boutique retail, ecommerce and admin.

This is an ongoing casual role: 5 days a week in busy periods, flexing to 3–4 days in quieter months. You’ll need to start ASAP, be available over Christmas and Current Year (excluding public holidays), and be keen to stay with us into 2027 and beyond.

What you’ll do

- Serve customers by phone, email, chat, social and in-store

- Support online, wholesale and distributor customers

- Process sales, returns, warranty claims and complaints

- Assist with stock, restocking and merchandising

- Update our Shopify store and manage customer tickets

- Support our Marketing and Wholesale teams

- Help with admin and office upkeep

About you





- At least 6 months’ retail, wholesale or ecommerce experience

- Intermediate Shopify skills, plus Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams

- Organised, proactive and quick to learn

- Clear communicator, calm under pressure

- Flexible team player who’s happy to pitch in

- Australian working rights

Gorgias and Cin7 experience is a bonus.

Pay is $36.81–$40.84 per hour (casual) plus super, depending on experience.
