Investigating and processing vehicle accident claims, acting as primary point of contact for Clarks, Drivers and Third Parties to guide through claims process. Liaising with insurance brokers to prioritise assessment of damage and repair approval, maintaining accurate accident and customer service records within electronic database, and supporting the customer service team with reception duties, complaints and lost property.
Key responsibilities
- Investigating and processing vehicle accident claims

About you
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience processing motor vehicle insurance and CTP claims
- Strong understanding of motor vehicle parts, repair methodologies, and collision liability rules
- Well-developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills
- The ability to follow and comply with company Policies and Procedures
- Be punctual, presentable and courteous always
- Proficient in MS Office applications
