Role Description
This is a part time role 24 hrs a week for a Contract/Quality Manager located in Warrnambool Vic. The position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our companies Warrnambool portfolio, managing staff, coordinating schedules, quality assurance and ensuring the highest level of customer support/satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with staff, clients and suppliers. Liaising with Head office on budgeting and financial compliance also implementing ongoing efficiencies over all aspects of the business.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in managing teams and coordinating schedules
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge preferred but not essential of commercial cleaning and property maintenance processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in computer software and systems
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in operations management or a related field
- Or willingness to undertake further training and qualifications.
