About the role

We are on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Operator (internally known as Consultant Support Centre (CSC) Operator) to join our small but tight-knit team. This is a customer-facing role, integral in providing support to our Consultants in Australia and New Zealand, creating a positive interaction and memorable experience, every time.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the main duties and responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

- Receiving and managing call contacts in a confident, efficient and timely manner, including responding to enquiries relating to accounts, orders, promotions and incentives, and product content descriptions and returns
- Providing responses to online web chat
- Managing all email correspondence in a timely manner
- Ensuring up to date knowledge of all current promotions, incentives, events and training programs
- Auditing of Consultant account history and following corporate guidelines on credit control
- Providing administrative support to the wider team

Essential requirements of this role

- Completion of HSC or equivalent




- A minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in a client-facing customer service role, receiving calls and responding to written correspondence, within a Customer Service, Sales or Marketing team
- Ability to navigate through multiple internal systems to ensure accurate recording and sharing of information
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle a variety of tasks and work on duties concurrently
- High level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience working in a team environment and willingness to 'go the extra mile'
