About the Role

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Blitz branch team. This role is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality support to trade customers, while also assisting with the coordination of custom aluminium and made-to-order product orders

You will work closely with internal departments including Production, Inventory, Purchasing, and Dispatch to ensure smooth order processing, customer satisfaction, and effective resolution of any order-related issues. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact for trade customers, both in person and via phone/email
- Accurately process sales orders, quotes, and invoices in line with company procedures
- Provide customers with product availability, pricing information, and delivery timelines
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries, follow up on quotes, and support customer requests




- Assist with processing custom aluminium and made-to-order product orders
- Verify order specifications and liaise with internal teams to confirm lead times
- Track and manage customer orders through to completion, ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinate backorders and special product requests as required
- Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and order tracking within internal systems
- Collaborate with dispatch and inventory teams to ensure smooth delivery and fulfilment
- Deliver consistent, professional customer service in all interactions

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or order processing role
- Experience within manufacturing, warehousing, or building products environments is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with customers and internal teams
- Experience handling custom or made-to-order products is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP or order management systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
