You will

- Lead and develop the air freight customer service team
- Work with the Sales team to keep customers happy, retained and reactivated
- Keep quotes for existing business accurate and in line with pricing strategy
- Make sure shipments are qualified and handed over cleanly to operations
- Dig into complaints, find the root cause and fix it for good
- Work with Finance to keep credit, costs and compliance on track

You have

- Air freight forwarding experience, with a solid grasp of processes and regulations
- Experience leading or developing a team
- A commercial mindset
