We're looking for a hands-on Data & Integration Analyst to join a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation with a well-established WA organisation.

This role is all about getting into the detail, working with data, identifying gaps and helping the business prepare for a successful ERP transition.

What you'll be doing:

- Extracting, transforming, cleansing and validating data for migration into D365 F&O.;
- Using SQL, Excel and other data tools to investigate and resolve data issues.
- Working closely with business SMEs to support data cleansing and improve data quality.
- Reviewing integration requirements, data mapping and identifying gaps.
- Supporting migration testing, reconciliation and validation.
- Working with technical teams and implementation partners to resolve issues.

What we're looking for:

- Recent hands-on SQL and data extraction/transformation experience.




- ERP implementation or data migration experience, ideally D365 F&O.;
- Robust Excel skills and exposure to ETL or data manipulation tools.
- Understanding of system integrations and data mapping.
- Business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and gap analysis.
- Confidence working directly with business users to resolve data issues.

Experience with D365 F&O;, Azure integrations or finance and supply chain data would be an advantage.

We're after someone practical, technically capable and comfortable rolling up their sleeves. This isn't a high-level advisory or project management role. You'll be hands-on with the data while working closely with the business and technical teams.
