About the OpportunitiesWe're interested in connecting with capable, motivated Defence professionals who bring experience across one or more of the following disciplines:

- Systems Engineering & Integration – Systems engineering, requirements management, verification and validation, and technical integration.
- Project & Program Management – Defence capability project delivery, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
- Project Support & Governance – Project coordination, reporting, financial management, assurance and governance.
- Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) – Logistics engineering, sustainment planning, asset management and lifecycle support.
- Capability Development & Acquisition – Capability requirements, procurement, acquisition processes and Defence capability management.
- Cyber Security & ICT – Cyber assurance, security risk management, technical systems and ICT capability delivery.
- Test & Evaluation – Test planning, evaluation, trials coordination and capability assurance.
- Commercial & Contract Management – Defence procurement, contract administration, commercial governance and financial oversight.

Opportunities span various Defence programs and projects, with positions suited to experienced Level 2, Level 3 and senior-level professionals.



About YouWe're looking for individuals who can bring practical experience, professionalism and a collaborative approach to Defence capability delivery.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Demonstrated experience working within Defence, CASG, the ADF or Defence industry.
- Relevant qualifications and/or substantial practical experience in your discipline.
- An understanding of Defence capability acquisition, sustainment or project delivery environments.
- Robust communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and contribute effectively within integrated Defence teams.
- Australian citizenship and an active Australian Government security clearance, or eligibility to obtain one.
