As a Delivery Coordinator at Sydney City Lexus, your primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive administration and delivery support to our Sales Executives, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for our guests during the vehicle handover process. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to Lexus Dealer Standards and upholding the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Day to day:

Coordinate and complete the registration process for sold vehicles, including establishing new vehicle registrations, transferring registration ownership to the new owner, and acting as an authorised POI (Proof of Identity) registration representative to attend local Service NSW offices for number plate collection and other registration-related transactions.

Ensure all interactions with customers align with Lexus Dealer Standards.

Strive to achieve a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) above 99%.

Maintain the presentation of all Lexus new and demonstrator vehicles.

Keep vehicles on display in showroom condition.





Assist our Sales Receptionist when required.

Drive Lexus vehicles in a safe and courteous manner whilst adhering to road rules.

Assist Sales staff and Management in reorganising floor stock display vehicles as needed.

Support the registration process when required.

Ensure all Lexus vehicles are equipped with plate frames, company stickers, and current registration labels.

Keep vehicle batteries on display fully charged.

Ensure all new, demonstrator, vehicles are fuelled.

Maintain a clean and organised workplace.

Professional Development:

Complete Lexus training programs as directed by management to enhance product and systems knowledge.

Ongoing training.
