Everwell Dental and Silver Sands Family Dental Care are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team on a casual basis.

This role will initially offer 2 regular days per week, with the potential for additional shifts across both practices in the future. We are also looking for someone who can provide additional support during the Christmas and holiday period to assist with annual leave coverage.

Key Responsibilities

As a Dental Assistant, your role will involve:

- Providing exceptional patient care and customer service
- Assisting clinicians efficiently during a variety of dental procedures
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and equipment
- Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all tasks
- Demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
- Contributing positively to a friendly and supportive team culture
- Communicating confidently and professionally with patients

We're Looking For Someone Who:

- Has a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Dental Assistant
- Has experience assisting with a range of dental procedures, with implant surgery experience highly regarded




- Holds a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred but not essential)
- Has experience using Dental4Windows (advantageous)
- Is patient-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is reliable, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a busy practice environment
- Enjoys being part of a close-knit, collaborative team
- Brings a positive, professional, and friendly attitude to work every day
- Is available to assist with annual leave coverage and increased staffing requirements during the Christmas holiday period
- Is willing to work across both Everwell Dental and Silver Sands Family Dental Care, located in Mandurah
