TIDERUN, the J&T; Express delivery partner on the Gold Coast, is looking for a day-shift depot coordinator (ABN contractor).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage the morning driver pickup: order at the door, scan checks, fix mis-scans
- Receive and log returned parcels, sort them into bins
- Follow up tickets and problem parcels, contact drivers
- Export the daily reports and complete the handover sheet
- Keep the depot tidy
HOURS
- 6 days a week, usually Mon-Sat, occasionally Sunday in place of Saturday (confirmed the day before)
- Start 06:00. 06:00-09:00 is a fixed peak shift; after 09:00 paid by the hour, usually finishing 13:00-15:00
PAY
- $85 per peak shift + $28/hr after 09:00 (ABN, paid weekly by bank transfer)
- Higher rate negotiable with depot or courier-system experience
YOU
- Fluent Mandarin required (most drivers and partner staff are Mandarin speakers); working English a plus
- Comfortable with computer and phone-based systems; courier back-office experience a plus
- Reliable, punctual and detail-focused
- Own phone and laptop; have or can obtain an ABN
LOCATION Mudgeeraba, relocating to the Molendinar area in November.
