About the role
We’re looking for a Design Draftsperson to join our Engineering team in Sunshine on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
In this hands-on role, you’ll develop accurate 3D models, assembly and detailed manufacturing drawings that support the purchasing, manufacturing and assembly of our products. Working closely with Design Engineers and other stakeholders, you’ll help ensure drawings and technical documentation meet quality, accuracy and delivery requirements.
What you’ll do

A little about you: You’re a practical, detail-focused draftsperson who enjoys turning engineering concepts into accurate designs and working collaboratively to deliver quality outcomes.
While we offer training and development, we’re looking for someone with:
- Experience producing 3D models, engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience with Inventor CAD or similar 3D modelling software, plus AutoCAD/2D drafting.
- Certificate IV in Engineering Drafting or a relevant qualification.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in a drawing office or manufacturing environment; SAP experience is desirable.
Most importantly, you don’t need to tick every box to apply. If you have strong drafting capability,
an eye for detail and enjoy working collaboratively in an engineering environment, we’d like to hear from you. Why You’ll Love It Here:
