?️ THE WORK — NO TWO DAYS ARE THE SAME

This is a hands-on,



mixed workshop and field service role. You'll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of equipment, tackling everything from scheduled maintenance to complex diagnostics and major repairs. What you'll be working on:

- Heavy earthmoving equipment including Cat, Komatsu, Hitachi, Volvo and Liebherr.
- Trucks and transport equipment.
- Servicing, preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Engine, transmission and driveline repairs.
- Hydraulic systems, component change-outs and rebuilds.
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding.
- Field service work and breakdown repairs at customer sites.
- Workshop repairs, servicing and general maintenance.

You'll need to be comfortable working both in the workshop and out in the field, taking ownership of jobs and getting the job done right. Our philosophy is simple: Fix it once. Fix it right.

? WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're not just looking for someone with a trade certificate. We want a mechanic who genuinely knows their trade, takes pride in their workmanship and can be trusted to get the job done.

You MUST have:

- Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic – Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology or Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years post-trade experience.
- Experience working on heavy earthmoving equipment and/or trucks.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic diagrams, technical manuals and service information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- A current driver's licence and the ability to carry out field service work.

Bonus points if you have:

- Experience across multiple equipment brands.
- Diagnostic software experience – Cat ET, SIS, Cummins INSITE or similar.
- Hydraulic hose and component repair experience.
- Additional tickets such as forklift, working at heights or dogging/rigging.
- Previous field service experience.
