We’re establishing a recent Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) service, with supports expected to begin in the coming months. Register your interest now to be considered as opportunities become available.

Bring your skills





We're looking for experienced support workers who are confident supporting people with complex disability needs and bring a calm, reliable, person-centred approach while working as part of a team.

Your work will include

- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Medication, complex health and high-intensity supports
- Implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- Trauma-informed support
- Manual handling, mobility and community participation
- Overnight and active nights, plus some weekend work

What you’ll need

- NSW Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR
- Current driver’s licence and a reliable, fully insured vehicle
- Willingness to complete induction and role-specific training
