About the role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will assist NDIS participants with their daily routines, independence and community participation.

Key responsibilities

- Supporting participants with daily living activities and personal care
- Community access, outings and recreational activities
- Transporting participants to appointments, activities and programs
- Supporting participants to develop independence and life skills
- Assisting with household routines and meal preparation
- Maintaining accurate shift notes and communicating with the team
- Providing respectful, person-centred support

About you

- Full availability across weekdays and weekends
- Reliable, punctual and committed to consistent work
- Friendly,



patient and confident communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous disability support experience preferred but not essential
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Current driver's licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Clearance
- First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)
