About the Role A manufacturing operation based in Welshpool is seeking an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to manage the movement of stock through its facility. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound deliveries, outbound shipments and customer collections, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Working closely with production, warehouse teams and external transport providers, you will help maintain an efficient flow of materials and finished goods through a busy manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the movement of stock into and out of the facility.
- Manage inbound deliveries from internal production areas and external suppliers.
- Organise outbound shipments and customer collections.
- Plan delivery routes and coordinate transport schedules.
- Monitor multiple shipments and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Liaise with production,



warehouse staff and transport providers to resolve dispatch and delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate stock movement and dispatch records using warehouse or inventory systems.

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in dispatch coordination within a manufacturing, warehouse or logistics workplace.
- Strong logistics planning and transport scheduling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining accuracy.
- Experience using warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in a heavy industrial, metal manufacturing or mining-related environment will be highly regarded.

A qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Warehousing Operations, or relevant dispatch coordination certification, will be advantageous.
