About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organised Dispatch Officer to join our team in Braeside on a permanent part-time basis, working 22.8 hours per week across five days.

This is a great opportunity for someone seeking consistent part-time hours, with the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance while being part of a supportive and growing team.

You will play an important role in ensuring our products are accurately prepared, packed and dispatched to customers in a timely manner. Working closely with our production and customer service teams, you will help ensure the smooth coordination of outgoing orders while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage the daily dispatch of products, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch, ensuring products are handled with care.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and update inventory and order management systems.
- Prepare shipping labels, consignment notes and other relevant dispatch documentation.
- Ensure dispatch areas are maintained in an organised, clean and safe manner.




- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve dispatch queries and support daily operational requirements.

About You

You are someone who takes pride in your work, has a strong eye for detail and enjoys being part of a team. You understand the importance of accuracy, organisation and getting things right the first time.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience in a dispatch, warehouse or logistics role.
- Robust organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Confidence using computers and order management systems.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
