We are looking for a Dispatch Supervisor to join our KCGM operation.

Reporting to the FMS Superintendent you will play a vital role inefficiently coordinating Dispatch personnel, contractors and other resources within the Dispatch budget to minimise disruption to the Wenco system.

This enticing position offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team. Working within a high pressurized office-based environment, ensuring consistent instruction in adhering to mining procedures is communicated.

What you can look forward to:

- Manage team roster to ensure minimum coverage is always in place.
- Manage roster to ensure all coaching and training required can be Completed.
- Ensure upskilling is undertaken to ensure team success.

- Have regular performance tracking discussions, listen to team member’s improvement ideas and provide constructive feedback.

Where you’ll add value:

- Minimum 4 years' experience with Fleet Management Systems such as Wenco or similar.
- Advanced Fleet Management Systems skill set.
- Minimum 4 years' experience with in mining industry.
- Current “C” Class Western Australian Drivers Licence.

Qualifications:

- Current unencumbered Western Australian "C" Class Manual Drivers Licence.
- St Johns Senior First Aid certificate
