Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Leading, motivating, and developing your café team
- Recruiting, onboarding,



and training new Team Members
- Creating a positive and engaged workplace culture
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Managing rosters, labour costs, and productivity targets
- Driving sales and commercial performance
- Managing inventory, stock control, and wastage
- Maintaining Dome standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- Supporting the development of future leaders within your team
- Ensuring the café operates safely, efficiently, and profitably

Through your leadership, you build trust with your team, develop lasting relationships with guests, and become a well-known and respected presence within the local community. You will bring

- Previous hospitality leadership or management experience
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- A passion for guest experience and community engagement
- Sound commercial and operational capability
- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the front
