Renowned for luxury single, double and triple storey homes in the $2m – $4m range, our client delivers world-class service to every customer. With close to 15 years in business, they’ve established themselves as one of the leading names in custom home building, with all design and drafting done in-house, rather than through external architects. Thanks to continued, sustained growth, they’re now looking to add a third Draftsperson to the team.

This isn’t a role for just any draftsperson. The successful candidate will have an exceptional eye for detail and take real pride in the accuracy of their work. You’ll own each project from sales through to handover, including:

- Detailed working drawings, often 200+ hours on a single home
- Pre-start variations
- Construction variations as clients refine their vision throughout the build

These are high-end, highly personalised homes, so you’ll need to be adaptable, patient and comfortable managing change while keeping every detail right.

What you'll bring:

- Experience as a Residential Draftsperson in the WA residential construction industry (double storey custom homes essential)




- Solid knowledge of WA construction methods, the NCC and R-Codes
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD
- Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills
- The confidence to work autonomously while collaborating closely with others
