Support Critical Offshore Drilling Operations Across the North West Shelf

Energy Logistix (ELX) is seeking an experienced Drilling Materials Logistics Coordinator (MLC) to join our team based in Jandakot, WA. You will be supporting multiple offshore drilling campaigns for a major offshore operator and play a vital role in ensuring equipment and materials arrive safely, compliantly and on schedule.

This is a hands-on logistics role coordinating the movement of drilling materials, rental equipment, tubulars and critical freight between Perth vendors, regional supply bases and offshore drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily freight movements between Perth vendors and Offshore supply bases. Support logistics activities across multiple offshore drilling campaigns. Liaise with drilling teams, supply bases, vendors, transport providers and contractors.

Attend operational planning meetings and provide logistics coordination support.

Monitor material movements, freight status and logistics reporting.

Coordinate urgent and critical equipment movements by road, sea and air.

Review manifests, transport documentation, cargo restraint requirements and DNV basket inspections.

Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company procedures and industry standards.

Manage equipment returns and rental off-hires.





Deliver a high level of service and communication to internal and external stakeholders.

About You To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience in offshore drilling logistics, drilling materials coordination, or a similar oil & gas logistics role. Strong understanding of supply base operations, warehousing and drilling campaign support. Be available throughout the entirety of the campaign.

Experience coordinating freight by road, sea and air.

IMDG Dangerous Goods certification and knowledge of MO41 requirements and transport regulations.

Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Experience with SAP and/or Kabal (desirable).

Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

The ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic operational environment.

Strong problem-solving capability and a proactive approach.

*Current Australian Driver's Licence and Forklift Licence.
