As the renovation of the Rag and Famish hotel draws to a conclusion in the coming weeks, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Duty Manager to add to the existing team at this newly renovated hotel. This role is available on a full time basis, with a range of hours across evenings and weekends.

As a key member of our management team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading a small team, and ensuring high standards of customer service and venue presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations and support team members during service

- Maintain a high standard of customer service and venue cleanliness

- Manage staff on shift and ensure compliance with RSA/RCG requirements

- Assist with staff rostering and stock ordering

- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally

What You Will Have:

- Current RSA ,RCG and ARCG certification (NSW)

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality is prefered

- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

- Experience in staff rostering and stock control is highly desirable

- Be reliable and proactive
