- Leading, supporting, training and coordinating staff, including Level 4 Supervisors
- Allocating work, monitoring staffing levels and adjusting rosters where needed, within labour budgets
- Managing cash operations, including safe balancing, tills, banking, TAB, Keno and poker machine clearances
- Opening and closing the Club securely, following procedures, and managing related security matters
- Handling patron feedback and staff concerns, and resolving complaints and conflicts calmly and professionally, or passing them to the right Manager
- Monitoring bar operations, including beer keg levels and stock requirements
- Supporting TAB operations and making sure racing guides and materials are available
- Keeping the Club compliant with its policies, RSA, RCG and Work Health & Safety requirements
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Essential:
- Experience in a management or supervisory role in a club or similar hospitality venue
- Current RSA and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling)
- Availability across day and night shifts, weekends and public holidays
Highly regarded:
- Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG)
- Experience with cash, safe and banking procedures
- Confidence using POS systems and MS Office

You’ll also bring:
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to lead, train and motivate a team
- A commitment to customer service excellence
- Confidence making decisions, solving problems and managing challenging situations
- Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Reliability, attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent personal presentation and the ability to keep matters confidential
- Honesty, integrity and a positive, can-do attitude
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who leads by example, takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team. WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?

- A varied and rewarding role where no two shifts are quite the same
- Working in the beautiful Camden Haven region
- Being part of an organisation that plays an important role in its local community
